Fairview Park Real Estate
Fairview Park became a city in 1950 when its population exceeded 9,000 residents. It borders Cleveland to the east, Westlake and North Olmsted to the west, Rocky River to the north and Brook Park to the south. Two main shopping centers include Fairview Shopping Center and Westgate Mall. Its numerous parks offer amenities for soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis, lacrosse with picnics areas, walking trails, splash parks and much more.

- The Gemini Center is a 90,000 square feet state-of-the-art Community and Recreation Complex which includes a gymnasium with a wooden floor, two high school basketball courts dividable into four junior size basketball courts or three volleyball courts with electronic score boards. A multi-purpose gymnasium has a rubberized floor striped for soccer and volleyball, built-in soccer goals, observation area for teams, elevated wrestling mat movers and scoreboards. Between the two gymnasiums is a sitting area.
